It’s enough to know the trees were planted, that’s what I wanted and don’t feel strongly that I didn’t get the paper. But if anyone feels strongly about getting a certificate then they might be less than pleased (as mine just didn’t arrive.) Overall very positive experience!

I didn't use the item; would love to know more about who is planting and also ensure that we are not planting monocrops. I am wishing that I could set up the monthly subscription; it would more likely mean that I would make the payment without thinking.

I would have liked to see confirmation of the 8 trees I paid for were actually planted. Would have loved to have the ability to put the certificate in someone else's name as a gift. Not doing this again.
